Only available when entire Columns or Rows have been Cut or Copied to the clipboard. 'Paste Insert' adds new Columns or Rows prior to the current selection as required and pastes the clipboard contents into them. Using Paste Insert expands the size of the Dataset by the number of Columns or Rows inserted.
