Open Recent provides a list of the last 10 documents that you have opened or saved. Selecting one from the list re-opens that document. If the document is already open it's window is brought to the front. If the window contains unsaved data then you are prompted to revert to the file saved on disk.
Chooses to keep the contents of the window in their current state.
Chooses to abandon any entries in the current window and re-loads the document in the state it was last saved.
